Hi. I'm Allie Pape, a San Francisco-based writer and editor.
I'm currently the editor of Eater San Francisco.
I provide a range of writing services to corporations. My clients have included thredUP, Box, Zendesk, Lithium Technologies, Ask.com, Equilar, ShopWell, Replicon, BridgerConway, SunGard Investments, Spencer Gifts, and more. Whether it's writing intuitive press releases and site copy, creating compelling e-mails and blog posts, or editing existing content to make it shine, I can provide fast, reliable service.
As a journalist, I specialize in food, beer, spirits and cocktails, books and authors, and local events. In addition to Eater, I recap Brooklyn Nine-Nine for Vulture.com, and my work regularly appears in 7x7 and SFist. I've also written for Oakland magazine, Paper, San Francisco Cottages & Gardens, Where magazine, The Hairpin, DailyCandy, The Bold Italic, Citysearch, and Scoutmob SF. I received my B.A. from Harvard, where I studied Comparative Literature.
Take a look around to see what I've done, and contact me if you're interested in learning more about working together.
